End User License for Rodman Guru APP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rodman Guru APP, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this portal.

2. License

RODMAN THINK BRANDING LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rodman Guru APP solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• a. Use this portal for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
• b. Infringing the intellectual property rights of RODMAN THINK BRANDING LLC or third parties.
• c. Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• d. Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, password or information of Rodman Guru APP or its users and.
• e. Modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Rodman Guru APP content without the express written permission of RODMAN THINK BRANDING LLC.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and any other intellectual material on Rodman Guru APP are the property of RODMAN THINK BRANDING LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. User Accounts

Users may need to create an account to access some features of the portal. You are responsible for maintaining the con fidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

RODMAN THINK BRANDING LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

7. Modifications to the EULA

RODMAN THINK BRANDING LLC reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the portal will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and any dispute relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
